Mr. Toronto has an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Toronto is also a National Merit Scholar. Mr. Toronto founded WMS, LLC in 2003 and since that time has actively participated in the planning, creation and ongoing management of over 100 Captive Insurance Companies in over a dozen domiciles worldwide. Mr. Toronto has also obtained IRS Private Letter Rulings for several Captive Insurance clients in order to guarantee the tax treatment their Captive and affiliated insureds will receive from the IRS.
